Where it all began
Sebastian was the owner/chef of Mamma Mia Italian Restaurant and Pizzeria in Hurstville, Jannali and Beverly Hills for almost 20 years till 2006.
Since then he assisted a major Leagues club as Sous chef in the grand opening of a well known Pizza, Pasta and Tapas venue in Parramatta. Sebastian was also asked to to be the Head chef for the opening of Cucina Gasparo in Norwest both venues till today have a great following and are highly regarded. Sebastian is currently the Chef at Coca Cola Amatil in Northmead.
Our Ingredients
Our pizza dough is homemade fresh for each event.
We only use fresh high-quality ingredients.
Our Pizza Sauce is cooked into an Aromatic Napoletana sauce with garlic,onion and basil.
And we only use quality Australian cheeses.
The Oven
Mamma Mia’s Mobile Pizzeria uses a Volariani wood fire pizza oven Today Valoriani Ovens are still made in Refrattari Reggello, high in the hills of Tuscany’s beautiful countryside. The ovens are still hand crafted with the finest clay by the same Valoriani family of artisans that have been making wood fired ovens since 1890.
